Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

Members deliver service excellence through all points of contact, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and commit daily to GOLD Member Standards and Club Standards, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
  • Utilize a handheld RF scanner device to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
  • Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
  • Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment, and report expired or short‑dated items on the pick list.
  • Coordinate with the club team when merchandise needs to be replenished and when reserve area pull is needed to avoid sales floor replenishment.
  • Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
  • Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards and adhere to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
  • Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with club leadership when metrics are not met.
  • Securely package orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain the SFC area neat, clean, and organized, perform general housekeeping duties, and handle damaged goods and spoiled products per procedures.
  • Process returns to the club and determine handling through DDR or Membership desk.
  • Adhere to all club policies and procedures, including dress code standards.
  • Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics and goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including work in other departments as needed.
  • Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
Qualifications

Previous order pulling experience preferred. Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Job Conditions

Most of the time is spent moving around continuously on hard surfaces. Tasks may involve bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Lifting objects up to 30 pounds is required, with assistance for heavier items. The environment is typically comfortable but may involve loud machinery, exposure to temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders, and occasional contact with company‑approved cleaning agents.

Pay

and Compensation

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Starting compensation is $16.25. Salaries vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
