Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for our Retail Customer Service & Support team. In this role, you will engage customers in-store and by phone, provide expert product guidance on paints and coatings, process sales and returns, and resolve service issues in both English and Spanish. Partner with sales associates to support store operations, merchandising, tinting, and inventory checks. You'll build strong customer relationships while growing your product knowledge in a culture that values diversity, innovation, collaboration, and career development.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) service to retail customers in-store and by phone
• Advise customers on paint, coatings, and related product selection and application
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges using POS systems accurately
• Handle payments, receipts, and basic cash reconciliation
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries professionally
• Support merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store appearance
• Assist with tinting, mixing, and labeling paint orders as trained
• Collaborate with sales associates to meet service and sales goals
• Maintain awareness of promotions and product updates
• Follow safety and company policies in all customer interactions
