- Competitive compensation ($60,000 to $75,000 first‑year OTE) with clear expectations for promotional advancement

Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) work within a team of growth‑oriented sales professionals to create professional connections and source sales opportunities for our managed IT/network services.

Through our managed IT services, Wing Swept provides continuous IT/network support and cybersecurity services to small and medium‑sized businesses across a variety of industries throughout NC, Virginia, DC, and Maryland.
The JobThe Sales Development Representative generates leads and creates new sales opportunities by making connections with executives across the Triangle and DMV areas, exploring what issues, opportunities, and challenges these businesses are experiencing with regard to technology, and setting up discovery meetings with Wing Swept's President and/or VP of Sales.
The Requirements- Highly motivated, focused, organized, and attentive to detail
- Desire to grow a sales career

- Desire to help local SMBs grow and optimize
- Willing to make a high volume of cold calls and other outreach efforts to make connections with prospects
- Strong communication skills and people skills
- Ability to work from our office in Garner, NC
- 6‑12 months or more of outbound sales experience is helpful, but not required (entry‑level)
Hours:
Monday‑Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
