Odyssey Contracting is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle area. This is not just a sales role; you will serve as a consultant to homeowners, helping them protect and reinvent their homes through high-quality additions, decks, roofing, and siding.
Responsibilities- Consultative Discovery: Run company-provided, qualified appointments and perform needs assessments/measurements.
- Education & Design: Educate homeowners on premium materials like Owens Corning Platinum shingles and Trex decking.
- Value-Based Selling: Create proposals and present financing options without high-pressure sales gimmicks.
- Professional Representation: Maintain Odyssey’s brand identity and focus on honesty and fairness.
Requirements: Outside sales success (home improvement preferred), ability to perform onsite measurements and climb ladders, proficiency with CRM tools, and a commitment to professional excellence.
Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commissions paid weekly.
