Job DescriptionPepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a MEM Data Specialist to join our team.

MEM Data SpecialistRole Overview
This position is responsible for centrally maintaining critical MEM Data that ensures our business system processes are integrated. Data to be maintained will include equipment move grids, MEM contracts, inventory, full service monies, CCR, parts pricing, scheduling, productivity logs, and other items pertaining to MEM Data and integrity. The role will proactively improve the integrity of MEM data to support customers, sales, and finance, and will work closely with internal customers for scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring all equipment pick‑ups, placements, and moves.
Day‑to‑DayResponsibilities
- Create, maintain, and validate MEM data in SAP.
- Maintain all scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, asset management files for audit purposes, equipment movement, asset disposal, and EMO.
- Manage all daily scheduling needs.
- Communicate daily with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA, and Corporate.
- Make decisions based on information provided by Sales, PCNA, and other departments directly impacting customer service.
- Meet routine demands of sales and customer expectations.
- Maintain records and placement of PBV equipment throughout NC.
- Perform varied general administrative functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to create, maintain, and validate MEM data in SAP.
- Experience maintaining scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, asset management files for audit purposes, equipment movement, asset disposal, and EMO.
- Strong scheduling management skills.
- Excellent communication with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA, and Corporate.
- Decision‑making ability based on information from Sales, PCNA, and other departments.
- Ability to meet routine demands of sales and customer expectations.
- Record‑keeping and placement of PBV equipment across NC.
- General administrative skill set.
- Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned.
