Security Officer Entry Control Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document access activity in accordance with location policies and technology-focused workplace requirements;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels;
Support lobby and access control operations by assisting with visitor processing, delivery coordination, badging procedures, and direction of foot traffic at the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access issues, and other security-related concerns
