Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living builds premium outdoor living spaces across the Raleigh market, including patios, retaining walls, fire features, outdoor kitchens, drainage solutions, and more. • Lead a crew on residential hardscape/outdoor living installs
• Read plans, set production pace, and keep quality tight
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily jobsite readiness
• Train helpers/installers and enforce safety + clean standards
• Communicate progress/issues to management with solutions

• 3 to 5 or more years of hardscape experience (pavers/retaining walls/drainage)
• Proven leadership:
  You organize people and keep jobs moving
• Valid driver s license + clean record (driving is part of the role)
• High standards, no cut corners

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $23 to $32/hr (based on experience and leadership capability)
• Overtime:
  Paid at 1.5 the hourly rate per applicable wage laws
• Benefits:
  Paid time off (PTO); additional benefits may be available based on tenure or position. Company-paid training provided.
