Perform and document preventive maintenance and inspections on plant equipment;
Service and repair plant HVAC equipment, including air-handlers, chillers, fans;
Maintain and service loading dock equipment, including doors, dock levelers, dock locks;
Respond during off hours, including weekends, to address emergency breakdowns of facilities equipment and systems;
Read mechanical blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings for troubleshooting and repairs
