Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate

  Monday through Friday, hours between 7 AM – 5 PM
• Starting Pay: $22 per hour, with potential for a higher rate based on experience

• Able to perform basic appliance installation and learn custom appliance installations with training provided.
• Handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators) accurately.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, installed according to manufacturer specifications, and fully functioning.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers; provide courteous service to a wide range of customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on product changes.
• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.
• With lifting equipment, the ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers. Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Pay Range: $17.33 - $34.17. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
