General Construction Worker

• Install underground conduit systems for electrical infrastructure in accordance with company and industry standards
• Perform work in and out of ditches, including trenching and back filling as needed
• Engage in manual labor such as digging, shoveling, and lifting heavy materials (up to 65 lbs.)
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks
• Always ensure job site cleanliness and safety
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and goals
• Operate and maintain company tools and equipment responsibly
• Occasionally drive company vehicles to and from job sites (valid driver's license required)
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies

• Prior experience in underground utility installation is a plus, but not required training provided for the right candidate
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Extended periods of standing, kneeling, and bending
• Workdays may include early mornings or extended hours depending on project needs
