Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Garner, NC, and servicing customers all over Wake County and the surrounding area. The Service Technician role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks will include identifying and resolving system issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring effective communication with customers and team members to deliver exceptional service.

• Strong skill set in HVAC Troubleshooting and ability to resolve system issues efficiently
• 3-5+ years of Experience in HVAC system Maintenance & Repair is required
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure the longevity and performance of systems
• Commitment to achieving Customer Satisfaction through clear communication and professional behavior
• Ability to work on-site in Garner, NC, with a reliable and safety-conscious approach
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay : $25 - $35 per hour, with opportunity for pay increase after 90-day period
