Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Power Washing Technician at Rolling Suds of Apex‑South Raleigh, a family‑owned and operated company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. This role demands a commitment to teamwork, excellent service, and high‑standard job completion. The position offers the potential to grow into a Lead Technician role, where you will lead a team and take on greater operational responsibilities.

• Work closely with the Lead Technician to complete all assigned projects.
• Employ proper power washing and cleaning procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects professionally.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Support the Lead Technician to ensure all equipment is operational before and after each shift.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

• Experience working outdoors is strongly preferred.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work on roofs if needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
• Pressure washing experience is preferred but not required.

The role offers a base compensation range of $17–23 per hour with potential monthly performance bonuses. Additional promotion and career advancement to Lead Technician (and beyond) is possible.

The position is primarily Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays are offered but not mandatory.
