We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a power washing technician at Rolling Suds of Apex – South Raleigh, a family‑owned and operated company. With over 30 years of industry experience, we provide the best tools, equipment, and training to ensure your success. This role requires hard work, teamwork, excellent service, and a commitment to deliver all jobs to the highest standards.

Potential growth into a Lead Technician position is available.

• Work closely with the Lead Technician to complete all assigned projects.
• Employ proper power washing and cleaning procedures.
• Work as a team to complete the project in a professional manner.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Support the Lead Technician to ensure all equipment is operational before and after each shift.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

• Experience working outdoors strongly preferred.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work on roofs if needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Pressure washing experience is preferred but not required.

• Primarily Monday through Friday; some Saturdays offered but not mandatory.

• Base compensation range of $17–$23 per hour.
• Potential monthly performance bonuses.
