Carolina Industrial Products is seeking to hire a full‑time Battery Service Technician to repair industrial forklift batteries and chargers in the field.

Starting pay is $22‑$28 per hour
, plus a company vehicle, potential increases, and regular bonus opportunities.

As a Battery Service Technician, you are the face of our company. You go out into the field to service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial forklift batteries and chargers. With your outstanding customer service skills, you keep customers informed about the work being done and notify them of any additional costs. You also communicate with other team members to ensure expert service.
Your favorite part of the job is seeing the appreciative smile on each client's face after you solve their forklift battery and/or charger problems.
- Mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and DOT physical
Electrical and forklift experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service rockstar status, exceptional critical thinking skills, ability to work independently, and adherence to safety protocols are desired.
Work ScheduleMonday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm.
Salary: $22‑$28 per hour.
