Heavy Equipment Operator – Loader, Forklift & Railcar Mover (Full‑Time, 1st Shift)
Location:
Garner, NC.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.
Pay: $17–$22 /hour (based on experience). Company:
Carolina Metal Recyclers (CMR), a subsidiary of TT&E Iron & Metal.
- Operate front‑end loaders to load scrap metal into trucks, railcars, and hoppers.
- Perform daily equipment checks, basic maintenance, greasing, and cleaning.
- Communicate clearly with team members over two‑way radio.
- Work safely and effectively in a rugged outdoor industrial environment.
- 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Proven ability to operate front‑end loaders, forklifts, and skid steers.
- Comfortable with physically demanding work and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise).
- Reliable, safety‑minded, and a true team player.
- Hourly pay: $17–$22/hour (based on experience).
