You'll Do
As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you'll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting, and installing fire sprinkler systems at customer locations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair fire sprinkler system deficiencies.
- Perform inspections, service, maintenance, and installations on fire sprinkler systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately.
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Maintain compliance with NFPA standards, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on fire sprinkler service experience.
- Working knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- 4-6 years of fire sprinkler service experience.
- NICET certification.
- Experience with other fire protection systems such as fire alarm, suppression, or extinguishers.

This position requires previous fire sprinkler service experience. Candidates without applicable experience will not be considered.
