What

You'll Do

As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you'll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting, and installing fire sprinkler systems at customer locations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose and repair fire sprinkler system deficiencies.
  • Perform inspections, service, maintenance, and installations on fire sprinkler systems.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Maintain compliance with NFPA standards, company policies, and safety procedures.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on fire sprinkler service experience.
  • Working knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of fire sprinkler service experience.
  • NICET certification.
  • Experience with other fire protection systems such as fire alarm, suppression, or extinguishers.

This position requires previous fire sprinkler service experience. Candidates without applicable experience will not be considered.
