Truck Driver – Ferguson

Ferguson, a Fortune 500 distributor of plumbing and industrial supplies, is seeking a dedicated truck driver to deliver materials and support warehouse operations. The position offers competitive compensation, incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

• Deliver materials to customers, including using pallet jack and two‑wheel dolly to load/unload and ensuring delivery tickets are completed.
• Pick up customer returns, validate product matches for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, refuel the truck as needed, and report any problems to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling, preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed and comply with all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment such as a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs.
• Complete pre‑employment drug and background screening.

• Must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior flatbed experience preferred.
• Meet and maintain CDL requirements and DOT standards.
• Currently possess, or acquire, and maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery, is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to operate basic technology, including iPads.

Hourly Rate: $19.26 – $30.76 (estimated range). Role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
