WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Delivering parts to customers and developing relationships with them
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintaining inventory
- Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining the delivery truck through safety checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance (e.g., tire pressure)
- Other duties as needed
- Enjoy working independently, driving safely, and engaging with customers face-to-face
- Take pride in your work, safety, and reliability
- Want to be part of a fast-moving environment and a company that feels like a family
- Are a student or retired and seek flexible schedules
- Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs
- Handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns
- Maintain delivery logs and track shipments
- Inspect and protect company assets and personnel
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to navigate using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver’s License
