Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shop work orders and shipping orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Ensure warehouse yard and inventory (large items) are properly and accurately stored (primary).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience – Minimum of 3 years.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior forklift experience – Minimum of 3 years.
• Previous experience in handling large item inventory with forklift – Minimum of 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• May require occasional overtime or Saturday shifts.
