Key Responsibilities- Processhigh-volumeaccountspayabletransactionsfromreceiptthroughpayment
- Performthree-waymatchingofpurchaseorders,invoices,andsupportingdocumentation
- Reviewandcodeinvoicestoprojects,cost centers,andgeneralledgeraccounts
- Ensureinvoicesareapprovedandprocessedaccuratelyandtimely
- Reconcilevendorstatementsandresolvediscrepancies
- Managecompanycreditcardreconciliationsandsupportingdocumentation
- Collaboratewithprojectteams,operations,andvendorstoobtainapprovalsandsupportinginformation
- Maintainorganizedaccountingrecordsanddocumentation
- Support month-endcloseactivitiesandotheraccountingprojectsasassigned
- Assistacrossvariousaccountingfunctionsasbusinessneedsrequire
Required
- 1+yearsof
Accounts
Payable,Accounting Clerk,orrelatedaccountingexperience - Experiencewiththree-waymatching
- Strongattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesanddeadlinessimultaneously
- Excellentcommunicationandfollow-upskills
- Professional,dependable,andteam-focused attitude
