Position: Site Administrator I

Schedule

Monday-Friday on-site in Gary, IN

Site Administrator

Job Responsibilities
  • Payroll duties including entry and verification. Vacation and attendance tracking.
  • Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information, such as staff and clients personnel files.
  • Assist with on-boarding new employees and helping answer questions
  • Coordinates preparation, development, and production of major documents, such as proposals and manuscripts.
  • Purchase supplies for office; issue purchase orders.
Site Admin Qualifications
  • 3-5 years working in a administrative/secretarial fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
  • Must have experience working with the Microsoft Office Software package including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance / random drug testing.
  • Excellent computer and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Autonomous and Independent.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and collaboratively.
  • Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Team player with leadership skills.
  • Dependability, Follows instructions;
    Takes responsibility for own actions;
    Completes tasks on time.
  • Initiative - Seeks increased responsibilities;
    Seeks developmental growth;
    Solicits feedback regularly.
  • Interacts and collaborates effectively with internal and external team members to assure the needs of the company are met.
  • ISO experience is a plus
