Estimator; General Contractor

Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team. Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.

We are a third-generation, family‑owned construction firm with over five decades of experience. We specialize in general contracting, construction management, design‑build, and owner’s representative services, and have delivered multimillion‑dollar new construction and renovation projects for diverse clients.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Conduct thorough quantity take‑offs and cost analysis.
• Develop project budgets and ensure projects remain within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize industry‑standard software tools to streamline the estimating process and improve accuracy.
• Maintain and utilize cost history to inform scope, pricing, and productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
