Location: Gary, IN – On-site role overseeing full project operations
Note: Must have 3+ years of heavy highway, site development, and field construction experience. Knowledge of asphalt, concrete, grading, and underground utilities is preferred.

Job Description- Develop and implement schedules and work plans for assigned projects
- Communicate with customers and project team members to coordinate schedules, project changes, and resolve issues
- Direct field personnel to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Ensure project documentation and quantity reporting are accurate and complete
- Develop submittals, change orders, and pay requests as assigned
- Resolve construction challenges collaboratively and proactively
- Review and evaluate daily project costs, timesheets, truck usage, and equipment utilization
- Monitor employee compliance with safety programs and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Equipment, and other departments to ensure materials, inspections, and equipment are available when needed
- 3+ years of experience in heavy highway, civil, and site development projects (required)
- Experience with asphalt, concrete, grading, and underground utility work preferred
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while leading field operations
