You will play a key role in advancing BIM capabilities across complex projects, helping integrate digital workflows with real-world construction and fabrication processes. - Develop and manage BIM models in Revit, supporting coordination and delivery across major construction projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows and improve project execution.
- Support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment, applying knowledge of tolerances and sequencing.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including coordination, clash detection, and model validation using tools like Navisworks.
- 3–5+ years of experience in BIM, digital construction, or 3D modelling within construction or manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with additional experience in Navisworks, Rhino/Grasshopper, Inventor, Solid Works, or CAM tools desirable.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology, or related field with understanding of parametric design and construction processes.
- Innovative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to drive adoption of new digital workflows.
Competitive salary in the range of $110,000 – $120,000 per annum, 10% bonus, ESOP participation, full benefits, relocation support, and a clear career development path in a top-tier construction firm.
