Lead Teacher at Super Scholars Learning Academy in Gary, IN, US
This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.
$300 SIGNING BONUS
Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
- Foster communication with parents regarding children's progress and behavior.
- Provide individualized care and support for each child, including those with special needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and classroom management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid readiness.
- CDA or higher education preferred but not required.
- Strong classroom management and behavior management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred.
- Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.
- Background in childcare or daycare settings is essential.
- 18 years old or older.

- Pay:
From $14.00 per hour - Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
