Aviation Maintenance Manager – Gary, INPosition Responsibilities:
- Maintains safety oversight and promotion
- Leads maintenance control program (regulatory compliance, continued airworthiness, quality assurance)
- Oversight of asset management (aircraft records, repairs, modifications, completion)
- Manages maintenance planning and scheduling (forecasting accuracy, inventory and tooling, budget planning, billing)
- Collaborates with team members to support them in achieving their performance management objectives
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
- Current and valid certificated FAA Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P)
- Experience with 91, 91k, 125, 135 or 121 Maintenance Operations
- Experience with large aircraft and/or business aviation aircraft
- Prior management experience in 91, 91k, 125, 135 or 121 Operations
- FAA Inspector Authorization (IA) endorsement (Past or Current)
- Avionics Electrical Technician Certificate (ASTM/NCATT)
- Experience in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul and/or Repair Station and/or Original Equipment Manufacture Operations
- Certified Aviation Manager (National Business Aviation Association Certification)
- Safety Management System Application and Experience

Summary pay range: $154,700 - $209,300.
