Carmeuse is seeking an Engineering professional to oversee operations in our Indiana facility. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and has over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You will manage kiln operations, ensure production KPIs are met, and drive continuous improvements.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-resolution skills. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe workplace while fostering communication and collaboration across teams.
