Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is seeking an energetic team member to support the Player's Club. The role entails enrolling members, issuing club cards, and assisting guests with questions and redemptions in a fast-paced casino environment.
As a key liaison, you will help promote promotions, assist with reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to Indiana Gaming Regulations. Excellent English communication and basic computer skills are required.
