Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Gary, Indiana. The role offers Mon–Fri afternoons, about 10 hours per week, with exact sessions from 5pm to 7pm.
You will work under a BCBA, receive a handoff before your first session, and gain first look at new cases as openings arise. You will deliver 97153 direct therapy per the treatment plan, with supervision and data collection responsibilities.
