Luxe Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team in Lake and Porter Counties for a per diem position, with pay at $25-$30 per visit (depending on experience). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients by providing compassionate, high-quality care in their homes. The Home Health Aide (HHA) will be responsible for supporting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.

You will also be expected to monitor patient health and assist with mobility, while ensuring that the care provided aligns with the established care plan.

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will be required to follow care protocols and effectively communicate with patients, family members, and supervisors to ensure optimal care is provided. The position also involves documenting patient progress, handling any concerns promptly, and offering emotional support to both patients and their families. You will need to be a reliable and responsible individual, able to prioritize tasks and travel within the service area to care for patients as needed.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within Lake and Porter Counties, Indiana
• Registered with the Indiana State aide registry and in good standing
