Hard Rock - - - Responsibilities:
Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and manages food and beverage staff to ensure department objectives.;
Develops, implements, and monitors department standards, guidelines, and objectives, including budget and staffing.;
Directs the cleanliness of back of house areas and maintains a general cleaning schedule to meet health inspection requirements.;
Assists in inventory and coordination of distribution of big four items: china, glassware, linens and silver, ensuring cleanliness and safe transportation.;
Oversees Health Code Standards relating to cleanliness and sanitation in kitchens and back of house areas.
