Performance Plus is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee retention across our offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, traveling to different offices and hiring events, staying organized, and helping new employees start strong.

• Post jobs, review applicants, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
• Coordinate background checks, onboarding, orientation, and training steps.
• Partner with HR and Operations to support staffing needs and Workforce Growth goals.
• Track 30, 60, and 90-day check‑ins, exit interviews, and onboarding follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and employee records.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, calendars, online forms, and shared folders.
• ATS experience preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, follow‑through, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed.
