Remote Fetch is seeking a Compliance Operator to execute and validate insurance-related decisions within the illumend platform while supporting customer support workflows. You will review Lumie-generated answers, update insurance information, and collaborate with product and support teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.
You will respond to inquiries from customers, agents, and partners, maintain review-time SLAs, and help onboarding and platform adoption for compliance processes.
