Diesel Technician

Overview

Diesel Technician role at Love's Travel Stops. Diesel Technicians work in a fast-paced environment maintaining clean places with friendly faces. You will interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and their day better.

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
