B. Glick Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage on-site maintenance for a 120-unit Richfield Ft. Wayne community.
You will direct the maintenance team, handle repairs to HVAC, electrical and plumbing, and oversee grounds, budget, records and safety practices. The role requires 2–4 years in maintenance, EPA designation/certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Fluency in English is required;
Spanish is a plus.
