Role
Description:
- Oversee cloning of the client’s Concur setup for rapid deployment, implementing minimal redesign to ensure speed and consistency.
- Lead decoupling from the client’s systems and configure Concur to align with Robotics organizational structure and expense policies.
- Manage integration with external systems, such as S/4
HANA and financial tools, to ensure seamless data flow for expense reporting and reconciliation. - Plan and execute multi-country roll‑out of the Concur platform, aligning with local requirements while maintaining global compliance and consistency.
- Establish project governance, manage budget, timeline, and mitigate risks, including decoupling, integration, and roll‑out delays.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including finance, IT, end users, and external vendors, and lead change management and user training across regions.
- Ensure platform compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Deliver a user‑friendly expense management experience post‑roll‑out.
Experience: 7–10 years
Leads end‑to‑end delivery of the Concur Travel & Expense project, focusing on cloning the client’s existing Concur setup for rapid deployment with minimal redesign. The role oversees decoupling from the client systems, configures the platform for Robotics organization policies, manages multi‑country roll‑out, and integrates with external systems. Core objectives: maintain compliance with company policies and financial controls and deliver a user‑friendly, efficient expense management experience.
Requirements- Experienced project manager with 7–10 years in large‑scale IT project implementation.
- Proven track record in Concur deployment, systems integration (e.g., S/4
HANA), and multi‑country roll‑outs. - Strong governance skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of financial controls, expense policy compliance, and change management.
