• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Work with motors, conveyors, pumps, pressure systems, and production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Support a safe and efficient manufacturing operation

• 3-Phase Electrical Experience (Required)
• Industrial Maintenance Experience
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Blueprint and schematic reading skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in mechanical/electrical trades and/or 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical & electrical aptitude
• Experience with measuring instruments & maintenance reporting
• Dependable attendance and flexibility with schedules
• Comfortable working outside normal business hours when needed
• Ability to collaborate with employees at all organizational levels

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Technical/vocational training in mechanical or electrical trades preferred
• Industry experience strongly valued

• Medium to high noise manufacturing environment, Ear Protection is required to be worn
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and equipment handling
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Safety-focused industrial setting
