PositionResponsibilities Plant Operations
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor plant performance and drive initiatives to optimize overall operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, managers, and production personnel.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and professional development.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations.
- Maintain compliance with environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage plant budgets, operating expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare operational reports for leadership.
- Ensure products consistently meet customer and quality requirements.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Implement strategies that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Customer & Business Support
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
- Support production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Resolve operational challenges while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience leading manufacturing or industrial operations in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and operational best practices.
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and key operational metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and project‑management abilities.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- OSHA Safety Certification
- Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
