The LTL Lead is a true working-lead position: you ll spend part of your day in the office pulling orders from our ERP system and preparing shipping paperwork — pick lists, bills of lading, and labels — and the rest of your day out on the dock, leading two team members through picking, packing, palletizing, and loading. This role is ideal for someone with solid shipping and ERP experience who s ready to take the next step into a leadership role without stepping away from the hands-on work they re good at.

Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM

• Minimum of 2 years of lead or team leadership experience
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse, shipping, or distribution environment.
• Experience working within an ERP system to generate orders, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Experience using carrier/customer portals to schedule pickups.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

Employees in this role are regularly required to stand and/or walk for extended periods, often for the duration of a full shift. The position requires frequent use of hands and arms to reach, handle, grasp, and manipulate materials and tools.

Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions involving the hands, wrists, and arms. Bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching overhead may also be required.

Employees must have adequate vision and hearing to safely operate equipment and work within a manufacturing environment.

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment where employees may be exposed to varying temperatures, elevated noise levels, and proximity to moving mechanical parts and industrial equipment.

Required personal protective equipment (PPE) may include safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe footwear, protective gloves, and other safety equipment as required by company safety policies.
