• Drive overall operational efficiency in this high-volume manufacturing environment
• Lead, guide, and mentor management staff to their full potential
• Utilize KPIs to develop strategy, execute strategy that will lower costs, increase production, improve quality, and boost profitability
• Create budgets and manage operations within budget
• Work closely with finance on P&L data to implement changes and resolve problems
• Manage all manufacturing operations including production, engineering, maintenance, finance, quality, and materials logistics
• Oversee the management of all projects including major capital projects

• Experience working in the pulp / paper manufacturing industries
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvements / Operational efficiency
• Management experience and excellent leadership skills
