Core responsibilities

Disassemble and remove old or damaged copper windings.

Rewind coils using insulated copper wire; apply insulation and secure coils properly.

Solder/weld electrical connections.

Reassemble equipment and verify correct operation.

Test motors for proper function, including voltage, resistance, and balance.

Assist with inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.

Perform manual labor and lift more than 25 lbs.

What it takes

High School Diploma or GED.Ability to meet rotating 8-hour shift demands, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Punctuality, dependable attendance, and self-direction to support smooth operations.

Successful completion of a pre-employment digital assessment.
