Hard Rock - - - Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous service to lounge guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.;
Maintain lounge/bar area cleanliness and setup, stock supplies, and assist with garnishes.;
Totals bills, presents checks, collects settlements, processes payments, and reconciles transactions at end of shift.;
Be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, allergens, wines, and cocktails; assist guests with questions and pairings.;
Ensure proper sequence of service, greet guests, upsell where appropriate, and maintain professional service standards.
