Desire to run mechanical contracting projects, HVAC and plumbing, within commercial or industrial construction environments.
Education on mechanical systems, construction sequencing, and applicable codes and standards.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance on all projects.
