All Fleet Inc is expanding deeper into Northwest Indiana
, and we’re hiring a mobile diesel tech to cover the heavy freight zones of Gary and the surrounding corridor
. This area is one of the most active intermodal and industrial regions in the Midwest.
- Earn $25–$50/hr with performance-based commission—your earning potential is in your hands
- Get paid weekly
- Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance
- Two weeks paid vacation starting day one
- Company service truck to drive home—no commuting costs
- Diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more
- Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics
- Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas
- Maintain detailed records of parts and services
- Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs
- Your own tools (not provided)
- Valid driver’s license
- Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check
- Customer-first attitude and professional demeanour
- Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations
