Opportunity Highlights

Mon-Fri/7:00AM-3:30PM

* Full-time position with consistent hours

* Paid Weekly
* $30-$35/hr based on experience

The Opportunity

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, tankers, and other various types of commercial vehicles.

Key Job Responsibilities

* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, tankers, and fleet equipment

* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, and ABS systems

* Complete annual/FHWA inspections on commercial vehicles

* Troubleshoot lighting and electrical issues using diagnostic software and tools

* Assist with trailer repairs, light fabrication, body work, and component replacements

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required paperwork

* Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment while following all EHS and DOT regulations

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* At least 1 year of experience working on heavy-duty trucks or equipment

* Valid driver's license required

* Must provide your own tools

* Knowledge of DOT regulations and commercial vehicle maintenance

* Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office products for diagnostics and documentation

* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in an active industrial environment

* ASE certifications, brake/A/C certifications, or hydraulic system experience are a plus

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check

* Ability to read, write, and understand English
