Operations-Integrated Mechanical Maintenance Technician

A day in this role

From the moment you clock in, you’ll move between hands‑on maintenance and real‑time operations support. One hour you may be installing a new component on a production line; the next, you’re diagnosing a mechanical fault and running the equipment during the repair to verify performance. You’ll alternate between solo assignments and teaming up with other skilled techs to keep equipment reliable and productive.

• Install, maintain, and repair a broad range of mechanical machinery and systems.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and sustain efficient operations.
• Operate equipment as part of the repair process and step into operational tasks when needed.
• Work independently and collaborate closely with a team of experienced maintenance professionals.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass required assessment test(s).
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience or formal training in print reading and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts (including weekends) and overtime as business needs arise.
• Uncompromising commitment to safety: follow all procedures and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection).
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑driven work habits.
• Comfort working in industrial conditions that may be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, or noisy.
