Own reliability across mechanical systems: install, service, and repair diverse industrial equipment.
Pinpoint root causes and resolve mechanical problems to keep uptime high.
Operate machinery during repair and assist with operational duties when required.
Alternate between independent assignments and collaboration with a seasoned maintenance team.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.Successful completion of assessment test(s).1+ year hands-on experience or formal education in print reading and troubleshooting.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends included, with overtime as needed.
Safety & work environment
Follow all safety procedures at all times.
Use required PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection.
Expect industrial conditions that can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, or noisy.

Punctuality, consistent attendance, and self-motivation.
Strength in mechanical troubleshooting plus solid maintenance and repair capabilities.
