Gary and Northwest Indiana. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, solving technical challenges, and earning additional income through performance-based commissions, we'd love to meet you.

This is afield-based position with a company vehicle, steady year-round work, ongoing training, and outstanding earning potential.

What You'll DoAs an HVAC Service Technician, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your

Responsibilities Include:

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal system inspections

Repair furnaces, air conditioners, condensers, humidifiers, and HVAC accessories

Perform minor repairs on hydronic heating systems, including:

Pump replacement and repair

Zone valve repairs

Air purging

Heat exchanger service

Evaporator coil replacement

Seasonal system start-ups Complete high- and low-voltage electrical troubleshooting and wiring

Recover and reclaim refrigerant in accordance with EPA regulations

Accurately complete work orders using the company mobile service application

Order parts and materials as needed

Maintain truck inventory and participate in inventory cycle counts

Educate homeowners on repair options, equipment upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and maintenance plans

Participate in an on-call rotation and assist during peak service periods

Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit

Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) HVAC Certificationor vocational/technical HVAC training Minimum3 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while managing a daily service route Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism

Technical Experience Experience servicing and repairing:

Gas furnaces

Air conditioners

Condensers Humidifiers Thermostats Heat  exchangers

Evaporator coils

Hydronic heating systems

Pumps and zone valves

High- and low-voltage electrical systems

Refrigerant recovery and charging

Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position requiring the ability to:

Lift up to 50 pounds

Climb ladders and work from heights
