As a Diesel Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in keeping our fleet operating safely and efficiently.

• Perform preventive maintenance on tractors, trailers, refrigerated units, and support equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Complete repairs according to OEM, DOT, and company standards
• Disassemble and rebuild heavy truck and trailer components
• Perform tire maintenance, repairs, inspections, and failure analysis
• Accurately complete repair orders and maintenance documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license
• Diesel maintenance or vehicle repair knowledge preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read repair manuals and maintenance documentation
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to learn diagnostic software and new technologies
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
