Overview
Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL graduates, for dedicated flatbed power lanes. This position involves operating 48 –53 flatbed trailers on coast-to-coast dedicated routes with scheduled home time and structured training for new drivers.
Compensation and benefits- $1200 - $1400 a week average earnings
- Pay per mile: $0.48–$0.61 based on experience
- $65 tarping pay per occurrence
- $140 securement training pay per day
- Trainee pay: $650/week for 4–6 weeks (for drivers with under six months’ experience)
- Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
- Freight: 48 –53 flatbed trailers (dedicated power lanes)
- Typical routing: coast-to-coast dedicated lanes (examples include Laredo, TX ↔ Gaffney, SC; Gaffney, SC ↔ Indiana; Indiana ↔ Texas; Texas ↔ Portland, OR; Oregon ↔ Southern California)
- Average miles: approximately 2,500 miles per week
- Home time: every 2–3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset
- Orientation and training: one week on-site at closest terminal (Laredo, TX; Greer, SC; Gary, IN)
- Drivers must be willing to operate during day or night shifts as required
- Age: 21 years or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (required for new graduates)
- For experienced applicants: minimum experience and pay scale assessed based on relevant driving history
- Ability to perform flatbed-related tasks, including tarping and load securement (training provided)
- Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past five years
- No DUI convictions within the past five years; recent criminal offenses will be reviewed as part of the safety assessment
- No involuntary termination from most recent employment
- Demonstrated stable 10-year work history with no major gaps; generally no more than six months of unemployment in the last year and no more than one year of unemployment in the last three years, except for school or training
- Ability to pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screens
- Training includes one week on-site at the terminal; securement training compensation applies as noted
- This is a dedicated power lane opportunity with structured schedules and regular home time
